Every summer we have our annual BBQ where we get a chance to get together and socialize as a group, without working out, I promise. We will be hosting out annual get together on August 10th. If you plan on attending please sign up so we can ensure we have enough space.
Friends and family are more than welcome to come. The more the merrier.
The coming Monday is Canada Day. We normally have limited hours on Holidays, but Canada Day we have closed in recent years. If anyone wants to come in for Open Gym they are more than welcome to.

A) 5 Sets:
1 Paused Snatch Pull + 1 Paused Snatch @ 7-8 RPE
Rest :60-:90sec between sets.
Paused for 1 second below the knee coming off of the ground.
B) AMRAP 12:
3 Wall Walks
12 Toes to Bar/V-Sit
40m Front Rack Carry
Scale the wall walks to Plank to Pike on box.
Maximum 2 sets/round to complete toes to bar.
