Monday is National Truth and Reconciliation Day. This is a day where we recognize the horrible mistreatment of our native people. This was not so far back in our past. It shows that we can change and what was once widely accepted can quickly change.
Having worked in the past on native reserves I understand the need for help that many of these comunities still need. Instead of just taking a day off, if you want to get involved there are many ways you can help.
Just a heads up for those attending the Saturday Soul Crusher. The workout times have been updated to allow more time to get the workout in. There will be an 80 minute cap to get the workout done. So come prepared.
