Unfortunately, this week's weather is not as nice as that little hot week we had. But this does mean that people are coming out of hibernation and doing some stuff outside. The weekend classes have been really busy, which is great to see.

Work to a 2 rep max for the day

B) AMRAP 10:
10 Single Arm Dumbbell Hang Clean and Jerk + Overhead Squat (5/Side)
1 Rope Climb
C) Banded Tricep Pressdowns
2 Sets x :30sec On + :30sec Hold.
Rest :60sec between sets.
