Are you ready to add an extra layer of motivation, camaraderie, and friendly competition to your workouts? We're thrilled to announce the launch of our brand new CrossFit Bytown Strava Group, and we want YOU to be a part of it!

For those unfamiliar, Strava is a fantastic app that tracks your fitness activities – whether you're running, cycling, walking, or even hitting a strength training session. It's a global community for athletes of all levels, and now, we're bringing that community right here to our gym.

Why should you join our Strava Group?

  • Stay Connected: See what your fellow gym members are up to! It's a great way to feel more connected to our community, even when you're working out solo or outside the gym.

  • Boost Motivation: There's nothing quite like seeing your friends crushing their goals to inspire your own. Share your progress, give kudos, and keep that motivation soaring.

  • Friendly Competition: Want to see how your miles stack up against others? Strava makes it easy to compare activities and participate in challenges. It's a fun way to push your limits!

Joining is super easy!

  1. Download the Strava app (if you don't have it already).

  2. Search for "Crossfit Bytown" in the Clubs section, or simply click this link

  3. Request to join, and we'll get you approved!
