Another reminder that it is our Annual Bytown Holiday party this weekend. Please RSVP and show up to get to hang out with the community in a non-workout environment. I swear nobody will be doing burpees :)
Sala San Marco has been very nice to our members by often allowing people to park there. They have a big celebration for the holidays and have asked us to not park there during the below dates. There is a ZERO tolerance during the listed times. Please respect this.
