Big week this week. It is the last week of the 2023 CrossFit Open.
This is also the last week we have our lovely Karina working with us. Unfortunately, she will be going back to Chile for a while. She will definitely be missed! Because of this, we have some changes coming next week to the schedule. So please bear with us as we adjust.
We also have some interns joining us. We will introduce them as they start attending classes. So please make sure to say hi to them.
