This message comes with a mix of gratitude and well wishes as we announce some changes to our coaching team.


First and foremost, we want to share that our beloved, long-term coach, Juan, will be moving on to a new professional opportunity. For years, Juan has been a cornerstone of our gym, impacting countless members with his dedication, knowledge, and infectious energy. While we are sad to see him go, we are genuinely happy for him and excited for his new path. Please know that Juan still plans to be around the gym whenever possible, so this isn't a final goodbye! We wish Juan the best of luck on his new journey. He is excited as he got a dream job in his field. This means he will be stepping down from many of his coaching hours. Don’t worry, he will be still apart of the Bytown community. After the initial adjustment to the new job he will be back coaching some of your favourite classes.


In the meantime there will be some juggling of the schedule as we figure everything out. I apologize for the chaos. We will have things flowing smoothly again soon.
