The CrossFit Open is an annual, worldwide competition where athletes of all skill levels complete a series of workouts over three weeks, testing their strength, endurance, and skill.
WODs will be released on Thursdays at 3 PM on February 27, March 6, and March 13. This is a great opportunity to challenge yourself, track your progress year over year, and see how you rank globally.
At Bytown, we'll be hosting the "Beauty vs. Beast" showdown, also known as "Coach Juan vs. Coach Victoria"! If you'd like to participate, please fill out the following form by Monday, February 24.

Teams will be assigned, and all participants will need to submit their scores for each WOD by the following Monday at 8 PM through a provided link. The workouts will be programmed on the Fridays as the
"Workout of the Day."
With the recent changes to the Official CrossFit Open many people have decided to not participate, this is a great way to still be able to compete, but making it a more local and friendly competition. If you would like to register for the official Open you will still have your scores validated.
