Huge respect for everyone who showed up and participated in the Remembrance Day Madness. There were 4 people who did all 11 workouts!!! Coach Victoria, Colin, Julie, and Kaylene. That is an impressive amount of volume, hope everyone recovers well.
As most of you know we have our Unbroken Recvovery non-profit we run at Bytown for those in recovery from addiction. This program is the result of lots of hard work that Louise has done. On November 21 at 11am over at Sala San Marco Louise will be a guest speaker at the Empower 2 Recovery conference. This is a gathering of caring professionals that are trying to help people with addiction.

Just a reminder that this Friday on Netflix is the Tyson vs Paul boxing match. This fight has been delayed a couple times, building a little more suspense. Plus a massive amount of trash talk online. It will be free to watch and livestreamed. I think its going to be an amazing combination of youth and energy versus wisdom and experience.
