It is time to finish off 2024 well. We have a couple good workouts left in for the year plus the 24-hour bonanza of workouts for Unbroken on NYE. This week is usually pretty slow as most people are on holiday. If you are lucky enough to make it in, enjoy the workouts. We will see everyone ready to start the new year off with a bang on Jan 6.
