I apologize for the slight delay. Of all the times the automation breaks down is when I am out of town and didn't bring my laptop with me.
it is a Civic Holiday Monday but we will be open as usual until 1pm. So please make it in to get your workout in. I know some have the day off. If anyone is coming in for open gym please post it so others can join you.
This is just a reminder that we will be having our annual BBQ this coming Saturday. This is a great opportunity to hang out with coaches and other members in a non-workout environment. Grab a drink, have some food, and socialize. We will be providing some hot dogs and burgers. You are more than welcome to bring some food or drink, but its not needed.

If you can, please sign up if you are coming, it gives us a better idea of how much food to prep. You are more than welcome to bring along family, friends, or pets. We will be in the back parking lot.
