I am posting again this week about the upcoming fundraiser I am a part of. We have sold 50% of the tickets and we are working on making it a sold-out evening. The event will be at the Ottawa Art Gallery on September 18. You will have the opportunity to try some food from some of the top chefs in Ottawa. It is also a great opportunity to network.

4 Sets x 1 Reps @ 8-9 RPE
Rest :90sec to 2 minutes between sets.
B) EMOM 15:
Min 1: 10 Dumbbell Hang Clean + 10 Dumbbell Squats 50/35
Min 2: 10-15 Burpees
Min 3: 10-15 Cal Row/Bike
