Firstly, I apologize the last 2 weeks was not able to be posted in the proper spot. I was hoping to be able to have access on my phone, but it turned out to have some limitations so I was unable to make the posts. The Trip to Italy for Cristians wedding was incredible. The food was unbelievable and it was great to see so many of the people from Bytown on the other side of the world. I normally don't workout when on vacation, other than tons of walking. I enjoyed the downtime, the food, and staying up late and sleeping in. It was wonderful.
I hope everyone enjoyed last weeks tests. I am glad that everyone pushed hard. It will be great to see the progress when we retest.
