This is where a blog post would go for the week. We can insert a video of the workout. The workouts will be posted on Sunday night for the entire week. This way members can see what the week entails. The warmups do not need to be listed on here. Anything overly technical and the entire coaching notes will be posted in the coaches chat. There will probably also be a link to the programming in TrueCoach to enable more detailed notes.
