Just a reminder that I am helping out and trying to raise awareness for an event we are having this Sunday. There will be 40 local busineses and charities helping give out candy to trick or treaters in the parking lot of Giant Tiger on Walkley. All proceeds will go to help send some special needs kids to Disneyworld.

20 Wall Balls
Conventional Deadlift x 6 Reps @ 8 RPE
The Wall Balls and Deadlifts must be unbroken reps.
B) A.
Sandbag/DBall Lift and Lap
4 Sets x 3-5 Reps
Rest :90sec between sets.
Set the sandbag horizontal across the feet and proceed to pick it up to your lap. Once it reaches the lap, drop it and repeat.

Weighted Front Planks
3 Sets x :60sec
Rest :60sec between sets
