Tuesday
A) Back Squat
5 Sets x 5 Reps @ 70% of 1 RM
Rest :90sec - 2 min between sets.
If no 1 RM data, proceed to do 5x5 @ 7-8 RPE.
B) In 12 Minutes:
Burpees
10-12-14-16...continue up by 2.
After each set:
Sandbag Carry x 80m (Bearhug)
