Last week I sent out an email introducing a new service we are running, semi-private personal training.
What exactly is Semi-Private Personal Training?
It is highly individualized coaching, sharing your session with a maximum of four other people. It’s the perfect solution for those looking to focus on specific goals with expert guidance, without the premium cost of 1-on-1 sessions.
Customized Training Plans: Each client receives a tailored workout plan specific to your goals, ensuring personal fitness goals are met.
Motivational Group Dynamics: While this is NOT a “Group Workout”, it does allow you to exercise alongside like-minded individuals, creating a supportive and encouraging atmosphere.
Flexible Scheduling: I currently have multiple time slots available, so this allows you to choose a time that suits your routine best while receiving high-quality, personalized coaching the entire time
Bring Your Circle: This style of Personal Training makes it easy to Invite friends, family, or co-workers to join you, making the experience more enjoyable and rewarding, while keeping the price more affordable for everyone involved.
Generally, we have 3 avatars for our semi-private classes
1- Specialized group: Andrew will be running a couple of semi-private groups targeting runners. This is a group focusing on the unique needs of runners, how to work on the imbalances, become more resilient, and improve performance. There will be other groups in the future.
2- Friends group: These are popular amongst people who enjoy personal training but don't really need 100% of the attention, but also love the social aspect of group classes but want it a little more individualized. This is where a group of friends or coworkers, sometimes spouses, book a semi-private class just for themselves, then they get the best of both worlds.
3- General group: For most people, you don't need 100% of the coach's attention for an entire hour of a personal training session. This is where the general group comes in. You come in with your goals in mind and the coach gets you on your way. There might be someone working on pull-ups, and someone else who wants to work on their back pain and core strength. The coach will work with the small group and help everyone work towards their intended goal.
If this is something that interests you please reach out or ask a coach.
