This week marks a big change. The 2023 CrossFit Open is done. Congratulations to everyone who participated and did the workouts. It is always a real test of fitness. I surprised myself with my performance in the workouts and I was definitely happy with the results. Mostly surprised that I could still do double unders, as I have not done them since my knee replacement in Feb 2021, and honestly wasn't that good at them before :)
Karina is no longer with us :( . She will be heading back to Chile soon. She was truly a beacon of happiness and energy. She will be missed and as myself and the rest of the staff step up to fill the void please have patience as we adjust.
Billie Jane will be starting to coach some Thursday evenings. She was a popular coach with us before the pandemic and we are excited to have her back. A new coach to some is Audrey, who will be doing Thursday 6pm. She is a coach from our Unbroken program and an all-around excellent human being. Two badass women added to the team!

Rest 3-4 minutes between sets.
Sled push should be as heavy as possible while still being able to be moved in < 10sec.
