Just a heads up this week might be a little chaotic. On Monday I have a small surgery scheduled which I have been waiting for since pre-pandemic. So I will be out of commission for the day but should be back to coaching Tuesday. My event is very minor. The exciting news is that Taylor is also out as has been expecting his new baby boy all weekend. Everyone is stepping up to cover shifts so it should be business as usual but with different coaches running different classes.
I am sure there will be posts when the baby arrives. So stay tuned!

A) 4 Sets:
Heel Elevated Back Squat x 12-15 Reps
Dumbbell Front Lunge x 10-12 Reps/Leg
Rest 2 minutes between sets.
B) 1000m Row/2.4Km Bike
50 Alt. Dball/Sandbag Shoulder Thrusters
Time Cap: 11 Minutes
Choose a weight for the SB/DBall that allows you to get at least 10-15 reps on the first go.
