Well, things are a little bit back to normal this week. Papa Taylor is back! Probably a little sleep deprived, but I am sure he is going to be super excited to talk everyone's ears off about his little Mayer.
My eye is still in limbo and I get stitches removed on Tuesday. Here is hoping to be able to finally see out of my left eye. I am still not allowed to train for another couple of weeks.
Coach Andrew is moving back to Ottawa and will be starting to work some shifts as well.
We got some great workouts this week, unfortunately, it looks like mediocre weather all week.
Monday is a PD day for a couple school boards, if having your kid at home is preventing you from making it in, bring them on in. My son Mikko, will be in the gym Monday. He baked some Cake Pops and is going to try to sell them to members. He did this all on his own, so bring some change. I tested them, they are actually quite good. White Chocolate on Banana Bread.

10 Burpees
10 Kettlebell Snatch
20 Single Skips
Every round through, add 2 reps to the first 3 exercises and 10 reps to the skips.
