Thanks for everyone who showed up to the BBQ. It is always nice to be able to chat with members and friends about something other than working out. If anyone ever wants to organize any outings or has ideas we do have a group called Bytown Social Committee where we can get things rolling.
Weekly Nutrition Tip: The BBQ would be a great example or prioritizing food choices. If you are making good choices with the majority of your meals you can afford to be a little lenient sometimes. This doesn't mean if you are invited to a birthday party that you gorge yourself on everything with icing. This means you can still make the best choices of what food is available, be it quality and or quantity. Knowing that you are making the best chocies the rest of the time, you don't have to worry too much about the occasional outing.

10 Bar over Burpees
200m Run
Rest 2 Minutes between rounds.
