As of Web Feb 1 we will be using the new Wix system to book classes. This means that if you have not transferred your membership over yet you will not be able to book classes. To transfer your membership over download the app (http://register.bytown.fit) and add a membership on there. I will remove your memebrship on Pike13 to prevent future billings. If the billing date has passed, email me and I will get things fixed for you.
On Feb 11 we have a rowing seminar scheduled for the gym. You can view the event on the main page of the app. We need a few more people to sign up before this Friday or this event will be cancelled.
This is a great opportunity to get more efficient on the rower. There is lots of skill and technique involved in rowing to get more efficient and making rowing more enjoyable and effective. This a great opportunity to train under a world class coach and rowing athlete.
