Last year we have a massage clinic at the gym where memebrs could get free massages from students in their final year that needed some practical hours. We are organizing the same event this year. It will be Saturday March 2 from 11-4. They will be able to handle 4 people per hour. Details will be coming forward with how to book.
This is an excellent opportunity for those who have never had a massage to try it out for free in a convenient place. I am a big believer in getting regular tissue work done. In fact, I have had a weekly appointment for almost 7 years. Besides the stress relief aspects of it, it helps keep things moving well as well as the therapist can see areas that are tightening up that could use work.

B) 50 Calorie Row
50 Calorie Bike
50 Burpees*
For Time
Every :10sec of Wall Sit = 1 Rep deducted from 50.
Ex. 3 minutes of Wall Sit = 18. (50-18=32.)
The workout becomes 32/32/32.
