A) 3 Position Paused Back Squat
Work up to 2 Reps @ 9 RPE
Rest 1 minute between the lighter sets and up to 2 minutes on the heavier sets.
B) 5 Rounds:
40 Double Unders
8 Sandbag Front Squats
4 Double KB Clean 32/24kg
Time Cap: 12 Minutes
The intent here is to prime the midline/front rack position with a heavy sandbag to prepare to catch heavier KBs on the cleans. Be as explosive as you can on the cleans.
