For many of us, the last 2 weeks have been busy. Lots of meetings with friends and families, lots of food, possibly lots of drink, plus a lack of sleep. Thats part of the Holidays, spending time relaxing and enjoying friends and family. I know I haven’t seen some of you much of the last half of December.
Just remember to worry about consistency over intensity when you get back. The most important part is showing up. So right now, just worry about showing up. We will all start the new year off with some good habits. Consistency is the key to all of this.
