Starting February 16 is the 2021 CrossFit Open. This will consist of 3 workouts this year, one each week. We will be doing the workouts at the gym when they are released. These are great workout to use as a benchmark to see where your fitness is. They are tough workouts, but there will be versions of the workout that everyone and anyone can do. They have great scaling options for ages and all abilities.
@victoriakelly129 and @Karina Tapia Ortiz will be taking the reigns on The Open this year. The workouts are released live every Thursday. It’s exciting to watch what it is as well as watching the first people in the world perform the workout. Stay tuned for more information regarding The 2023 Open.
You can register here. I have done it every year since 2010 and it is a blast every year. The energy in the gym, watching people test their limits, and seeing tons of first and PRs is always exciting. This is like the holiday season for CrossFit.

B) 3 Rounds:
Sled Drag x 40m (As heavy as possible)
into
Dumbbell Walking Lunges x Max Reps in :60sec
Rest 2-3 minutes between sets.
Keep the sled drag within a :20sec time frame.
