Work to a 5 Rep Max
Prop bar up on crash mats or plates if hip mobility does not allow you to pull from the ground with proper tension.
B) 3 Rounds:
12 Double Kettlebell Sumo Deadlifts
10 Double Kettlebell Front Squats
20 Double Kettlebell Reverse Lunge
Time Cap: 12 Minutes
Sumo Deadlifts - Hands inside hips
Front Squats - Front Rack Position
Reverse Lunge - Hands outside hips.
