As many of you know we have been in the process of migrating everything to our new app. So far I have been very happy with the app, and the feedback has been great. The next big step is bringing memberships over.
Unfortunately there is not an easy way to do this. I have to do each member manually. My goal is to hopefully have everyone moved over by the end of December. Once everyone is over on the new system we can start using the new Fit app to book classes. I will be posting updates as we go. We will continue to use Pike13 to book classes. Hopefully January we will be booking with the new Fit System.
You will receive two emails. One is to update your digital waiver to store on our new app. The second is an email about your membership. This will retain the same billing date as your previous membership. All I need you to do is input your method of payment for the next billing cycle to work. The membership email will show a price for the membership as being paid. You will not be charged that price until the NEXT billing cycle. The first membership is just a placeholder.
To add a new payment method:
1. Go to Payment Methods in your Account Settings.
2. Click Add a Payment Method.
3. Enter your card/ payment method details.
4. Click Save.
