This weeks post is all about feedback. From you and from us. Feedback is important to progress, it helps make sure we are all on the right path and helps to produce better focus and helps right the direction we are heading.
1) We have put up a suggestion box. We want to hear your feedback, both positive and negative. There is the “old school” box for pen and paper submissions. There is also a a QR code for you to submit it digitally and anonymously.
2) Goal Setting Sessions. This is available to all members. We can book a session where you will sit down with a coach and we can discuss how we can better reach your goals. It could be changes in your workouts, extra work to do, cleaning up your nutrition, or doing some personal training. Whatever the case, let’s sit down and figure out what best helps you reach your goals. Click the link to schedule yours.
