Gift Card: For our current members have $100 gift cards for sale for $10. Yes that's right, 10% of the cost. These gift cards can be redeemed for friends, family, and co-workers who are interested in trying CrossFit Bytown for the first time.
Holiday Burpee Challenge: We started this last year and loved the videos we got. While we are closed on Dec 25 and Dec 26 we are challenging you to do 150 burpees. These can be done at any time over the 2 days, video proof is required. You can either email us the video or better yet tag us on Instagram (@CrossFitBytown)
If you complete the burpees you will also receive a 10% off coupon that can be used towards the purchase of an annual membership. The regular annual membership already saves you money, but by doing a couple of burpees you will be able to save another 10%
This is limited to 10 people, so if you want in, better get your burpees done quickly.
Christmas Day + Boxing Day: We will be officially closed during the holiday. As with every holiday, there will be people wanting to get to the gym. Check the open gym group or reach out to me if you want to come in and use the gym. Alternatively, get your holiday burpees done :)
12 Day of Christmas: DO NOT underestimate these workouts. These are variations of our annual Christmas workouts. They are much harder than they look. They are to be performed like the song, so you do 1, 2-1, 3-2-1, 4-3-2-1 ... until 12-11-10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1.

5 Supinated Barbell Rows @ 7-9 RPE
10-12 Kipping Pull Ups/15-20 Jumping Pull Ups
Rest 1 minute between rounds.
