I hope everyone is having a great December. Starting this week we will have some coaches shift changes, so if you are a regular to a particular class it might be mixed up. Juan will be heading back home to Spain at the end of the week, so if you see him wish him Happy Holidays before he is off.
The progress for the people on the Holiday Survival Guide has been great. First week was easy and people got their protein content up a little. Now that we are getting into the holiday time with friends and family we will start focusing on some habits to better navigate these often difficult times.
