Special Annoucement - Guest Coach
This Wednesday (9th) and next Wednesday (14th) we will be having a guest coach for the 5 & 6pm class. Fresh from his return from judging at the 2023 Crossfit Games we will be having Pete Shaw run these classes. Pete is in the proccess of getting his Level 4 CrossFit certification which involves being evaluated on your ability to coach and cue a class where you don't have the advantage of knowing most of the athletes. These classes will be a little different programming and will be more classic CrossFit invovling a classic triplet and more time working on some advanced scalings for the workout. So if you can, reserve for the class if you want an opportunity for a class with some of the most detailed and intense coaching by someone who has been coaching CrossFit Level 1 seminars for over 7 years.
