Vacation Reminder:
Juan and myself will be on Vacation next week. Please keep an eye on the schedule for any changes we have. As we are normally the supervisors for open gym some of the hours the gym might be closed. If you are coming in for open gym and do not know the opening procedures reach out and we will provide the info to you.
As I will be in Europe some of my posts and responses might be a little delayed due to time zone differences.
Pride week is in Ottawa Aug 19-27
Unbroken Recovery in connection with CrossFit Bytown will be having a float in the parade on the 27th.
The parade starts at 1pm, if you would like to be a part of the float you need to arrive at 12:30 at the latest on Laurier between Nicholas and Elgin (A32)
If you would like to represent Bytown and Pride grab your GAYNZ tanks while they are still in stock. These are a once a year order.
