The nice weather is upon us and we have a great week of programming. We will be continuing some of our basic strength progressions that have yielded some great results with people. The feedback has been great.
HOPE Beach Volleyball:
We have a spot reserved for hope beach, there is still room on the team for those interested. If you aren't interested in playing I hope you can make it down for some fun in the sun.
PARKING:
The parking lot can be busy sometimes. There are some assigned parking. We kindly ask that you don't park in the pharmacy parking spot (near the dumpsters). You can park in the Vivaan parking as long as it is before 2pm.
RUNNING:
Trail running is a lot of fun. It allows you to get out in nature as well as provides a dynamic surface to work more on footwork and avoid the repetitive stress of running on concrete. Move.Crew.Ott is back with their Sunday runs. Check out their Instagram for more details.
