Hello members / allies of Unbroken Recovery!
Very excited to launch the official flyer of our Unbroken Recovery Yoga Fundraiser! Please see below for details and information about this event and how to sign up 😊 - It is also attached as a PDF, which allows you to click on the Unbroken Website link.
Please note that there is a limited number of spots available and you MUST use the FIT app to register (instructions on how to do this are also attached). This event is open to Unbroken and CrossFit Bytown members in hopes of raising awareness and funds!
Also to be noted: children and dogs are not allowed at this specific event and we are not able to accommodate more than 25 attendees in order to meet the necessary space and safety requirements.

A) 5 Sets:
Supinated Barbell Rows x 5-7 Reps
Wide Grip Pull Ups x 5-7 Reps
Rest 60-90sec between sets.
B) Every 3 Minutes for 15 Minutes:
200m Run
10 Devil Cleans
