Tickets are $88 + tax. for the first 10. After that the cost increases to $100 as we need to rent extra rowers. 

With The Open being only a month away I figured it might be worth spending a little time to fine tune some aspects of the rowing stroke that can lead to big performance improvements with little physical effort.

To give you a little bit of background on the Coach, He is a former national team athlete and a Rowing Canada Certified High Performance Coach. He's been fortunate enough to have worked with a number of Canadian U23-World Championship crews and have coached multiple National Championship crews in Canada and Australia.

The instructional seminar we run is hands-on and would include technique specific tips, explanation about the machine's maintenance/features/damper settings, common faults, pacing strategies, and stroke efficiency guidance.
